Our Story

Cody & Andrea Westerfield opened De La Soil, a private events company in 2018 - the goal was to work side-by-side with the artisans, craftsmen, and craftswomen that make the PNW so incredible. A chance to collaborate with those who love what we love.

After 6 years of successful sold-out pop-ups, a partnership between master brewer & distiller Jason Parker and  Copperworks Distilling led to our chance to go "brick & mortar" making De La Soil the restaurant a reality inside the Kenmore Copperworks location

With a dedication to wild foraging & the local farmland, our ever-changing approachable cuisine is waiting for you.
